Summerstrand Hotel social responsibility committee assisted the US and SA Navy in a Spayathon in Uitenhage recently.  Owners brough their animals and the US and SA doctors did sterilization and basic treatments.  Owners were taught how to care for their animals during their recovery and were also given blankets and food for their animals.
